  • Is this safe for my family and pest?

Total Pest Solution's first priority is the wellbeing of our clients, just as being great stewards of the earth. Our control programs utilize key focusing on the specific insect problem, which empowers us to utilize a minimal measure of bug control products while giving satisfactory results. All of our materials are EPA endorsed and all technicians are trained in the safe handling and application of all materials.

  • Will the product your using take care of other bugs?

When doing a treatment for general pest control, the products we use are effective on a large array of pests. The product is effective on spiders, ants, centipedes, millipedes, earwigs, silverfish, wasps and many more. Depending on the particular issue you are having, the licensed and trained technician will use additional products, as needed.

  • Will I have to leave my home for the service?

For general pest control services, you do not have to leave at all. There are certain situations where we will recommend that you leave the area. For instance, we would recommend for customers on oxygen leave the home long enough to be sure that all product "settles down" from our visit before reentering the home. There are other services where we do require customers to leave their home. For instance, flea treatments, bedbug treatments or even brown recluse treatments. This is to allow time for the products we use to settle and dry before anyone reenters the home.

  • Why am I seeing more bugs than usual after my first visit?

Whenever we are dealing with cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes or other insects, often, after our first treatment it is common to see more bugs than usual. This usually occurs because we have disrupted their habitat in some way, whether that is blocking access to their home or food supply. When pesticide efforts are employed it can often take some time before the effect takes place. After this initial spike in activity, you should begin to notice an increase in dead insects.

  • How much is this going to cost?

Our services are priced differently depending on the size of your home or business, the type of service, the time and materials being used and the type of pest being treated. Normally, we can give you a very good idea of pricing just by calling in and describing the situation. For commercial accounts, we would be happy to send one of your licensed technicians to take a look at your facility and give you a verbal or written proposal.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

We believe in providing excellence in service. Therefore, we believe you will want to use our services for all your pest control needs. For residential customers, we will keep your pricing and warranties the same simply because you use our services on a regular basis, whether there is a contract or not. If you decide to stop services, then we simply stop servicing. Basically, if we are doing quality services for you, we have no doubt that you will continue to use our services.

For commercial customers, we are more than willing to provide you with a verbal or written proposal. Our commercial contracts are for a period of one year and then go to a month to month basis. However, if for any reason, you feel that we cannot adequately meet our contracted obligation, simply provide us with a 30-day written notice of intent to cancel.
